Delivery & Returns

Delivery will vary depending on the product(s) ordered. Delivery lead times are stated on each individual product listings on our website. We have also included a general guide below. While most products will state 1-2 days, 4-5 days or 5-7 days, it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on custom made or pre-order products. If you have any questions about pre-orders or custom orders, please contact us.

Deliveries are usually made by courier between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that couriers UK wide are only contracted/insured to deliver kerb/roadside therefore you may have to bring the radiator(s) into your property yourself and for large or heavy items you may require assistance.

Delivery Charges

We offer free mainland UK delivery on all products, except Paladin cast iron radiators. There is a flat rate delivery charge of £80 per pallet, regardless of the number of cast iron radiators purchased. This allows us to offer you the most competitive pricing on the market as it eliminates the need to include individual pallet costs. Delivery takes place between 8.30am and 6pm on weekdays.

Please Note: we do not offer next-day or fast-tracked delivery at this point in time. We do not offer weekend delivery. Deliveries can be impacted and delayed by bank holidays, especially around Easter and Christmas time. Please allow for extra time for your order to arrive.

If you live in a traditionally hard to reach place, we advise you to get in touch so we can advise you of your delivery options and we will do our best to find the best solution for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery to the isles and there will be a surcharge. 

Additional Delivery Information

When your order is being dispatched we will email you a delivery date notification. Deliveries are generally by courier and take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Heated Towel Rails - Next working day (orders placed before 2pm). Electric rails may take an extra day due to the filling process.

Designer Radiators - Next working day (orders placed before 2pm). Electric radiators may take an extra day due to the filling process.

Convector Radiators - 2-7 working days. 

Aluminium Radiators - 2-7 working days. 

Curved Bay Radiators - 10 working days, these are 'made to order'.

Column Radiators – 3-4 working days. For custom paint colours delivery is usually 7-10 working days as these are 'made to order'.

Cast Iron Radiators – 5 working days for metallic paint or primer (undercoat). Custom paints and special finishes (Antiqued, Hightlight or Polished) deliver in 10 working days. Cast iron radiators are all 'made to order'.

Valves and Accessories – Next working day (orders placed before 2pm)

Signing for Goods

Once the goods arrive with you, please remember to check that you are signing to certify items arrive in perfect condition. If the packaging looks damaged in any way, please open the item and check it whilst the driver is there to check for damage. If the item is damaged you should refuse the item. If you don’t have time to check the parcel, you must sign for the item as ‘UNCHECKED’. NOTE: Sorry, we will not accept returns for items that have been damaged by the courier and then signed for as in perfect condition, as we cannot claim for these damages. If in doubt ensure you sign for items as ‘UNCHECKED’.

Help, my item is defective!

Please inspect all goods on arrival for any damages, faulty or missing items and notify us of any problems within 3 working days of receipt of your goods. Trade Radiators cannot be held responsible for damaged/missing/faulty items reported after this time as clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions. Always get in touch right away so we can help to resolve the issue promptly.

Help, I've received the wrong products!

Returns

You can return your radiators and other products within 30 days if you are not happy with your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns on any custom-made goods.

Please contact our customer service to start the return process. Please include your name, order number and products to be returned in your message to start your return to help speed up the process. Trade Radiators do not offer free returns, meaning that you will be liable to pay to return the goods to us.

Only if the goods arrived damaged or inherently faulty will Trade Radiators be responsible for the return shipping. Please refer to our full terms and conditions regarding faulty terms.

Please return the goods with all packaging and original shipping box where possible. The goods to be returned are your responsibility until they have reached us. Trade Radiators cannot be held responsible for any goods that got lost in transit. We thereby recommend you choose a shipping method with tracking.
